Giving it a 2nd try.
The 1st chapter drove me nuts.
A lot about the way this is written has me scratching my head.
Just finished a few 'steamy' scenes in the 2nd chapter. What an odd 'relationship' and very strange world.
I don't like the world. That is one of my main problems.

I am not looking forward to reviewing this one.
It is one of the most complicated worlds I have ever read.
While I find myself intrigued by it, I also find myself slogging through its complexities.
It almost makes me feel brainless. There are so many areas that are hard to follow!

The stilted language and jumpy scenes makes it a slow read.
The sex scenes are steamy.
But the setup of the story makes everything difficult to connect. All the protocols and rules and so much more complicates the world to a point of making it more of an educational textbook. The more you read the better it gets, but it drags.
