The poet’s tone is certainly different from the first two stories, but methinks it will wear out its welcome fairly soon.

"Absolutely", said Martin Silenus. "I wouldn't miss this little comic farce for a month in the orgasm baths on Shote."
Wait...what? A month? Heh. Dude, you'll be cross-eyed by the time you crawl out of there.

The new decade kicks off with a big ass Mah Fah buddy read, with Sai Stepheny, of a space-aged, Chaucer-like tale with hopefully knife-wielding laser-packing futuristic, space hookers.

LOL!When the hell did we start this buddy read? Two weeks ago? I think I'm averaging two pages a day.

Is that the same as "stick it up the little tramp's rear-end"?

Pretty much.
Ugh, the poet. That's who I'm working through right now. A lot more exciting than the soldier but just ugh!
Oh i liked the soldier one, i liked all of them except the poet it dragged and dragged and he isn't that interesting of a character and he is an absolute asshole
Oh really? Not me. It was like being in history class listening to the endless drone of battles and dates and names and places. LOL So far the priest's is my favorite. But the poet is awful. The constant vulgarity is so over the top. I swear all the time and it doesn't sound even half as forced or pretentious as this ass makes it seem LOL
