After finishing another superb WWII novel by the same author (Herman Wouk's The Caine Mutiny), I unreservedly added this series to my Audible library. I've dragged my feet on actually starting them, though because--have you checked out how long these novels are? Whew! This will certainly be a time commitment--book one is 46 hours long and book two is 56 hours long.
