I'm sorry, is this a cookbook? A Brazilian food history book? God, it's so exhausting reading stuff you already know being explained to you as if you're an idiot. I get that I'm definitely not the target audience for this, but it's so heavy-handed. We get it, you're Brazilian (except you're just kinda Brazilian. I'll explain this further when (if) I finish the book)
