So one false assumption people need to stop making is that corsets and Victorian skirts were restrict movement, they do to us who have never worn them, but many people who wear period clothing say; that once you get used to wearing them you can literally run and jump around in these things. So I think a girl who wears these clothes on the reg would be a able to move freely.
