https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/6... is a troll account that targets LGBT books with troll negative ratings. The problem is that GR doesn't DO anything about accounts like this. Why? All large companies with web presence have policies in place for obvious down starring reviews. Queer lit is dear to my heart and I hate seeing this. Makes me mad at GR :(

Sadly, I’m no longer surprised by anything GR does, or doesn’t do, in support of LGBTQ. I’ve spoken with Customer Service a couple/few times, asking them to create a separate category for the annual awards (hetero votes swamp LGBTQ, obviously) - they refused, and even asking them to quit create better search breakdowns. When I search for “lesbian”, I’m frustrated getting MM results, but GR insists on a world with two choices: hetero and non-hetero. I wonder whether GR better polices troll accounts that target hetero adultery, Bezo’s favorite genre. 🤔
