What I have read so far is that Diane Johnson's weren't intellectuals but they were great readers. Which for that reason is why she has read many books and famous ones too. There would always be new arrivals of books every month.

What I have read so far is that Diane Johnson didn't grow up in a rich household but her neighbors did. So she would see what things they would buy and all that. Her parents were very cautious with their money. But the first thing that she bought tat she has cherished was a radio.

What I have read so far is that both her parents never really traveled outside of Moline. Also, that her mom has had to many midlife crisis because one time when she was pregnant her doctor advised her to eat bananas every other day. Also, when she turned 40 her friends gave her a cake that said "Life begins at forty."

Diane starts talking about her parents dream home and how when she was little they sent her to get the blueprints of the house. She also talked about the many improvements that they did on the house and how it made it feel like home. However, the people who live there now have changed up the house quite drastically.

What I have read so far is that a child who is born in the midwest grow up with the fields. Which is where she grew up. But the children who grow up in those towns dream to see the sea.

What I have read so far is that Lynne said that it is marvelous that she can write a book.
