Hmm. Not bad. The beginning drags a little. Kailey's emotions cause whiplash, though some of it is understandable considering what she went through. What's really throwing me off are nuances in her age and maturity. An adult, she works and lives on her own, yet stuffed unicorns cheer her up, and she says things like "stranger-danger" upon meeting someone. o.O?

I'm sorry, but I can't. Cool, twisted world, but not-so-good protagonist, nor interactions and pacing. And there's way too much useless freakin' crying! DNF.
