Also don’t even get me started on all the store bought stuff in this. Like puff pasty?? I mean it takes a while to make (and you could’ve just written “or use store bought” or something) but like at least put it in there!! Puff pasty is sooooo much better when made from scratch it’s ridiculous!!

Apparently the translation from French messed up the recipes. Which makes a lot of sense. At least it’s getting me out of my reading rut. And it’s cool to see some of the recipes I guess

This is the first cookbook I’ve found that is actually incompetent. Like, it’s actually interesting how poorly written / bad some of these recipes are.
