Not wowing me. Nicki is too whiny, self-absorbed, and angsty for my taste. Both Marcus and Nicki are keeping secrets and we have several Big Misunderstandings. And Troutte keeps hinting that something horrible happened during the beginning of the book but we don't know what. She keeps teasing us and instead of piquing my interest, she's just pissing me off. I keep listening because I want to know what happened.
