Well, I thought I'd take a look at other people's reviews, and was astonished to read about the Fanfic start to these characters, and how no mention of that has been made in the book (surprise, surprise), so that has unfortunately taken some of the gloss off the story for me, even though it is really funny. Hope I've got this right.

I didn't think this comment would sneak under your radar. Jasper is such an angry guy isn't he, and Brian (oh dear what a name) has obviously had a lot of problems. Just got the end of the Apothecary's Garden to finish and I'll be cracking on with this later. X

Having a terrible time with updates at the mo. Have been doing a buddy read with Deirdre for JCP's Psycop 1 Among the Living, and she'd sent me a whole load of messages, but I'd had nothing come through....very annoying!

You got it right Bev, but I don't have a problem with it, I have never seen the series so it wont bother me. The issue is, the author should have been upfront then maybe this ruckus would not have happened, I love the story, dont stop reading it Bev.

I agree she should have been up front. I did like SGA, but this story is so good, I don't really want to stop.
