4/20 finished Northanger Abbey. Terrible, silly, boring, and a ridiculous ending.

6/6 Lady Susan was fantastic. A young Jane Austen at her snarkiest. And possibly darkest, what with all the talk of people being dead and people hopefully dying soon all in the name of that cake.

5/8 finished Persuasion. It was okay. I very much like Anne Elliot. Good person, that Anne.

5/1 Persuasion. Three chapters deep. Main characters met, one major plot point and hints of a conflict revealed. Jolly good. An handsome time awaits us.

4/10 finished Emma. Absolute trash. Way too many characters survived. They all excepting Harriet deserve pneumonia. I don't remember who the Dixon's are or why Churchill kid didn't keep his father's surname? Don't care. Forgettable.
Selfish bitch, that Emma. But we're supposed to find her behavior endearing or something?

3/26/20 finished. Now this one I liked. Fanny was quietly very strong. And it was a happy ending and everybody got what they deserved. Real cut and dry like.

1/19/20 finished Pride And Prejudice. Four stars, good show. I ended up liking Darcy much to my chagrin which just goes to show you money solves everything. And apologizing, I suppose, but that last three pages apology was so half-assed. Let's pretend he did it for love.
