I’m really hoping these get better. While the story was fine, I don’t see how it can be called a mafia book, let alone a dark Russian Mafiya book. The H seems weak and too amenable for someone who’s just kidnapped a girl and then t h wants to immediately be on his team? I’ve read a lot of this genre and this one just doesn’t seem to fit.
