i’ve been doing a lot of walking in grey & windy weather while listening to this audiobook. it’s bleak and seems to go on forever, much like the current crisis. i’m not sure if this book is helping my feelings wrt pandemic, but either way the whole thing is a mood

remember that thing i said about not spoiling myself? well i was so good st that that i apparently missed an entire detail that was crucial to the story lmao...anyway how is this book only half over? it’s enjoyable but like .... scream so much has happened already

this is...vindicating me in my aversion to spoilers !! the twistiness is so delicious and satisfying and i’m so glad i get to read all this messiness and drama and have the shocks and reveals etc preserved !

this book is so stressful !

we love how i just keep listening to classic english literature audiobooks, the absolute madman. anyway ive actually never read this all the way thru and criterion has a version of it i wanna watch so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
