IT WAS A STAR TREK REFERENCE!!! 🖖🏻🤘🏻🚀

Well I was already jealous of the charming prince, but where the heck do I get a royal Segway?!

“Good. I’m a scientist, not an actress, Bones.”

Oh man...is this a Star Trek or Bones reference? I'm down for both but the not knowing is killing me 😭😂

Look, I know Naledi is the main character, and I love her, but I so can't read Portia's story. Who can deny her awesomeness when she sends her bestie texts like this:

Whoa. Naledi Smith is admitting she needs help.

*looks out window* *sees pig flying* *shoots pig with bow and arrow and brings Naledi bacon*

That's an 11/10 best friend text 😍

Rats about to engage in pawsticuffs. A+ play on words

They're talking about gaslighting. Yep. New favorite author 😍

Lakotsi's "Imma get some" shoulder shimmy gives me life 😂

So I'm only a few pages in and I already have a new favorite contemporary romance author. I don't know Alyssa Cole's life, but she so understands grad school woes. God bless and I hope her loans are paid off!
