Hooni Kim the first Michelin starred Korean restaurant in the world founder of Yori Chunsa a nonprofit that trains Orphans to become cooks. That makes this book something special, the print of this book is wonderful clear and easy to read the repices no small print here.
Full of colourful markets and Korean life. This not book of little mouthful dishes but dishes that fill your tum. I recommend this to anyone.
