So there’s now a Gay Best Friend (Who Is Also Somehow Asexual) in addition to the Magical Disabled Girl. Also, we‘re at the point in the plot where literally everybody but the characters knows the incredibly obvious answer to an important question.

Why oh why did there have to be a Magical Disabled Girl. Just once I would like to see a character with Down‘s not being so completely othered. (No, "magical realism" is no excuse.)

Shaping up to be a very sweet tale.
