This is the most sheer fun book I've read since Kings of the Wylde. At least, for anyone who grew up on Fright Night, Salem's Lot, and the Lost Boys.

This is great. Also, kids who are more like the beer-drinking, knife-toting, shotgun-armed Michael from Phantasm than the sad sort of helpless larvae kids that are allowed to be in books today.
