The "Points of View" example with Jordan and Elena is complete BS. Elena refuses to provide Jordan with financial information for over two months with the excuse that she must protect the information. Then when Jordan tells Elena that she understands her point of view it is suddenly okay to share the information?! This is stupid. Elena should have required leadership sign-off, not false praise.
