Well, I got stalled when I came to the part about eating an apple mindfully, AKA: pay attention to it. Eat when you are doing nothing else. No TV, no books, nothing but you and the apple. I love to read while I eat (which is why I need this book). So maybe one day soon I'll eat an apple mindfully, just me and her, and progress in this book. (And my food issues)
