I kind of hate that I am not absolutely hating this. I am not sure if I should be happy that I am finding any kind of enjoyment in this story. Dex and Rachel, despite the circumstances of their romance's beginning, have some cute banter and chemistry.

Just finished the book that inspired one of my most hated Rom-coms. And I didn't hate it. I actually kind of liked it.

Ok. There is definitely more charm to the book then there was in the movie. The book does establish enough evidence at how these two girls have lived their life constantly needing to one-up each other.
