The story of Dr. Faust is not a fairy tale. It is based on an actual person and falls more in the legend/folklore region. In fact, there are many tales of Dr. Faust so this classification here is wrong.

He wants to stay with her, despite all he heard, because she has been hi teacher for a few days? Sorry, but for this to work, it needs to be way better explained. They would have needed to show more of his background to make that work for me. I give this up.

Dr. Faust wants to recreate Mephisto so she can smash his face... then why did she act as if she missed him before? Why did the author show them almost as friends? And why is she still not used to not hearing his voice after 100 years of separation?
