The author has a tenuous grasp of science. He repealed the time dilation effect in the theory of relativity... ignoring all the evidence that already exists to proves it. At one point he seems to imply that creating boat-like shoes under-water would be a good way to be lifted to the surface. Um, that's not how buoyancy works.
