I've only finished the introduction, yet already can tell that I should have had a book like this 4 years ago! It's already changed my thinking and business plans. Definitely plan on using a highlighter and taking notes. It's also a joy to read. Laura Klein is SO funny! It has put a grin on my face a dozen times just in 30 pages.
