Food For Thought: Medication for depression is increasingly being touted as effective and necessary. But even with the influx of technology, depression rates are still rising exponentially. Interestingly, despite these findings, medication has become the widely accepted norm for mental illness treatment. Other forms of treatments and therapies are considered ‘alternative’.
