Okay. So we have our two cops, JW and Tyrone, complete with funny banter. We have Jimbo's charlatan ministry. We have the group of thieves. We have the kids, with Randall clearly the most interesting.

The narrative dealing with the autistic teen is difficult to understand. Other reviewers say it improves once we're past it, so I'm staying with it.

This will be a fast read if I finish it. Duff rides the line between rude but hilarious, vs. over the line into crass and tasteless, and possibly worse. I have hopes.
