So Hajume is a synergist and the teacher is a farmer and only the farmer is praised, but the way they describe it, would mean synergy is important so why is it dismissed like this? Are the classmates such assholes? Also, since this is fantasy, even farmer could mean that they raise giant beasts and sentient plants.
