It’s a tragedy Bill and Charlie were never really shown in the films they make great characters - I love Molly so much though she’s a gem

Honestly leaving out so much of this book is ridiculous. Especially Ludo Bagman, Winky and loads about Barty Crouch Jr.
I particularly love the scenes when Hermione and Ron are helping Harry prepare for the tournament. Especially when Ron is test dummy for Harry’s jinxes. This just shows their friendship

I don’t agree with Hermoines take on house elves - she can’t just storm into their work and belittle them by telling them they need wages and clothes and holidays when they’ve never asked for them and then get mad cause they don’t agree with HER view on THEIR life. Maybe some elves like Dobby want those things but it doesn’t mean they all should have them

Ron is such a shit friend in this - why is he so over jealous and takes all his frustrations out on his best friend who a) is an orphan, b) is being treated bad by the whole school anyway and c) is under constant threat of a murderer who killed his parents and d) is so understanding anyway and would not get mad over the jealousy if Ron didn’t be so mean to him

Durmstrang and Beauxbatons are so interesting in this book and it’s a crime those schools never got more backstory or plot time
