I feel like this book is mostly about Cersei's paranoia / craziness. And Briennes walkabout. Waiting for things to actually happen over here. Like why introduce lady stoneheart at the close of book 3 to then turn around and barely even mention her for , so far, almost 700 pages. What even is going on?!
