Wonderful book. So far, it comes across as simply reasonable and wise (of course, that's Weil's shtick, but he's won me over). One great thing so far is an excellent brief history of "selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor" class drugs like Prozac and Zoloft. I had no idea that they were related to, and largely derived from antihistamines, and that their effect is largely as a placebo.
