So far, here is a list of things people do on the beach:
-knit sweaters and socks
-wear full evening dresses
-rake gravel
-try to determine who is in the plot without knowing what the plot is
-have pneumatic rubber horses
-wear transparent black lace swim trunks w/ nude lining
-watch people on their death beds
-use megaphones
-go to war for 8 different countries
-saw a waiter in two
-get angry about burning witches
