I casually checked this book out just to get an idea, whilst tweaking my reader app. From the very first paragraph, this book was increasingly difficult to put down. After about 3 hours I found I was approaching the completion of the first third of the book. As a predominately keen reader of period sagas, and some sci-fi, this is a refreshing break for me.
