Help! Is it correct to put a comma before AND after ‘and’ to combine two sentences into one? I was taught to put one before, but not after (British English). There are quite some sentences with “,and,” in this story which always make me stumble over it while reading. This is really meant as a serious question, so answers from native speakers are more than welcome!
