I am learning about each of the main characters, those from the "present" day of 2013 & those from 1915. Sarah wants to learn about her great grandfather, who had been on the ill-fated ship, the RMS Lusitania, which sank on May 7, 1915. The reader learns about people in 1915 & 2013, & the author weaves a story for us. I will also read about what happened to that ship, to bring this book to life even more.
