I figured Rett’s family would come into play, but I was expecting it to be Bo first and not his mom talking about his dad

I’m almost to where I was the first time I started this book. Such a sweet book. I can see how I kind of just dropped off with it the first time, but I, just taking it slow. This book definitely does not deserve to be on my DNF shelf

Me being busy and sadness has unfortunately been taking away from my reading. I really like this book, but it’s longer than I’ve been reading lately and just more adult. It’s taking me more effort to push through it.

Reading has been slow. I have a lot of school work and I’m home for the weekend. Starting to slow down on reading a bit. Hopefully that picks back up but if not I might start a new book just to get myself back into the spirit.

Really starting to get back into this book. It’s funny how easily I find myself diving back in. It makes me wonder why the hell I DNF’d this book and how many other books on that list I need to recheck out 😂 I know some books get DNF’d because I genuinely don’t like them or just am too bored to continue, but some good books just get picked up at the wrong time and ended up abandoned. Let’s go, baby.

Still enjoying this book. I’m busy with studying, but read when I can. I like sports books even though I no longer watch sports. I used to watch football and some gymnastics, but not really anymore. I find it odd that I seem to vibe with sports books, but I’m just rolling with the punches.

I’m undecided on my feelings just yet. I’ll have to give it some more time to get into. I think I like Rett though

Giving this book another try. I remember really liking it before I stopped reading it, so I hope it’s still as good as I once thought it was.
