Sometimes it pays to spend a bit more money. I just bought some cheap towels. These towels look nice but they are not very good at "absorbing water" or "drying me off." That's like having a car that's not good at "going." If the upper part of my leg is damp and I start drying myself, the bottom half will soon be soaked. These towels just move the water. Is it really that hard to make good towels? Stupid sweatshops.

The odd thing I've found is that the cheaper the towel, the better the drying. It's those super fluffy things that can double as pillows that just push the water around. I like a good sandpaper towel that dries me quickly...and exfoliates at the same time. Bonus!
