I love people who are good people, full stop. Genuine and honest. Who think of others as much as/more than they think of themselves. I always feel so much better about the world when I encounter them. Like humanity has something going for it after all, and a sense of relief that I can relax around them and not feel judged. To all the lovely people in the world, thank you for existing. I love you and wish you the best

I love that this is your status update. I also love that you have people around you with whom you can feel relaxed and not judged. Let's pay it forward XD

I agree! My parents raised us on really only one concept: the Golden Rule; treat others as you wish to be treated yourself. I generally try to follow that rule but sometimes it feels overwhelming, like why am I struggling to uphold this thing in my mind that so many other people don't seem to care about at all? I can't NOT continue to act that way but it can become stressful after a point.
So whenever I run across someone who is just a good person all around with no ulterior motives, it gives me a chance to stop, breathe, and get instantly recharged.
Time for us all to keep paying it forward so we can be that recharge for somebody else :)
Let's not worry about what other people do. We are only responsible for ourselves and our actions define who we are :))
