glad to see it's not to windy. I really have to read BROKEN WING one of these days. I would like to think I had a very small hand in its success but a pirate's bk aint for me!

She's a great writer, but usually just goes on and on about the most mundane things. I don't see that here though. The pacing is much more even & it's a lot easier to stay engrossed in the story.And I really didn't see Broken Wing as a pirate book. There's a bit of story that takes place at sea, but the locations shift several times, and that portion really isn't much of it at all.
