I always take the weekend to write reviews but it can be a real chore to write something insightful so I feel your First World Problem 😁

I am having the same issue. When I have finished a book, I may have something to say about it, but have no desire to expend the effort on a redundant review. I'm still trying to figure out an alternative to either just assigning stars or writing a review.

I hear you, Sam. It's hard right now. I think we're all just mentally exhausted and although we want to share our thoughts, organizing them can feel overwhelming. I know I need to relax my standards a bit (I read some of my older reviews and think "Wow! Did I really write that?!?) and just post what I can, but it's hard to give up the ideal to live in the real. Still, something's better than nothing and people who know your taste will find even a slight indication of value fairly meaningful.
