While it's slow going, sometimes taking me a couple rereads of a section to digest things, this book is lovely in a way that few tech books these days can claim to be. I'm not sure yet that I can put my finger on why I feel this way, but I find myself looking forward to trying to penetrate the mysteries of d3 as I work my way through it.
