Through the first two principles (ground living, nasal breathing) and onto the third (hip hinging).

I'm liking this book. He's not too preachy like a lot of these authors. He presents each principle and supports it with evidence, gives you some tests and exercises, and moves on. Later in the book he brings it together (I hope)
