I feel like Sherri is being incredibly inconsistent. I will of course re-read Acheron when I am finished. I don't remember Ryssa hating Styxx like she does. I remember her loving both brothers, though Ash was her favorite. I also HATE that she keeps using modern terminology and slang in the BC chapters. It keeps sucking me out of the story.
