Couldn't finish this one without book 5 in hand, totally immersed in this universe now!

Completed A Storm of Swords, now on to A Feast for Crows. So much treachery, manipulations, lies and murder, I am feeling pulverized right now. That installment was a hard read.

Just under halfway through A Storm of Swords now. The plots and counter-plots thicken!

Done with A Clash of Kings, and so much needs resolving and explaining I am tempted to start A Storm of Swords NOW!

Pg 458 of A Clash of Kings. I said I would no gulp these books down, devouring them in the space of a few days, but they invite devouring. I have dived in, head first, and cannot, will not, come up for air because the sweeping story arcs have stolen my breath. Thrust, parry, each separate storyline is impeccably woven together and utterly captivating.

Completed A Game of Thrones. Time to start A Clash of Kings. All hell is breaking loose.

Oh, my word. I am totally hooked now, and desperately trying to resist the urge to swallow this book in one big gulp one night and damn the attendant loss of sleep. No, I shall behave and savour the terror and excitement.

Restarted Game of Thrones, want to read the series as my end of year project. Hooked into the story now, and keeping a reading journal to keep the characters straight.
