This book walks a thin line on Kirabelle, who is happily male in meat space and happily female in game. Sometimes it’s very genuine and kind. Sometimes it’s not.
There’s a scene where Kira dances as a follow and does an incredible job. Then gets teased a d made fun of by her friends for being a good follower as a male. This part felt really unkind and hurtful.
