Just spent 40 minutes finding all the right details to add this autobiography of a famous Danish comedy duo only to realize it was already added. No idea why it didn't show up in search. These disciplined, hardworking funny actors were privately melancholy and troubled in each their way. But they found a kindred spirit in each other. I'm here for that.

On one occasion the two men stayed chatting and joking in the kitchen for three hours while their wives were left to entertain themselves: "'They're probably having babies now," we'd tell each other and poured coffee and cognac for ourselves.'"
