Has some interesting and compelling points, but is weak in a number of areas. In particular, it jumps from complaining that regulators didn’t force banks to make housing loans to African-Americans right into complaints that banks are making loans today they shouldn’t be to African-Americans. Also proposes remedies that fail to recognize that past wrongs are not addressed by new ones with different victims.
