The author talks here about "character" in sports, and about not giving up when things don't go well. I hated this part. Especially the bit about someone winning a sports thing with an injury, I personally don't think we as a society should admire this kind of unhealthy behavior. Winning a made up game shouldn't be more important that someone's health.
