Aha. He compares Psalm 74 with the same piece of poetry to make a different, related point.

This section is explaining the biblical subversion of Canaanite poetry and dude . This one piece of poetry has so many parallels to Psalm 74:13-15. I'm a little amazed that's not one of the Bible passages used as an example here.
