Pennywise has re-emerged almost 30 years later and killed a young man but nobody involved in the case speaks about the clown. Then we get an in-depth look at Stanley Uris and his wife, Patricia. We learn about the details of their life until he gets a phone call from someone and suddenly kills himself.

Everyone knows the scene – little Georgie sailing his boat on the stormy day. The interesting thing is how little description there is of the attack. Of course you have the famous line, "they float, Georgie, and when you're down here with me, you'll float, too—" but the majority of the chapter is about Bill and George's relationship.
