Wow. Only hours after making a comment on my new Booklikes blog that I wished there were groups, I got an answer from a staffmember saying they were introducing them. Meanwhile, back on the good ship GR, the feedback thread has blown out to over 4000 comments, with no definitive answers anyone at the helm. GR Customer Support. You're doing it wrong. But keep on rearranging those deck chairs.

Vero Yes, same here! I had a really nice exchange with the help stuff and they were so friendly and helpful to even my most moronic questions!!!

Jyanx Can you hear the fiddling yet? They can't answer questions from the thread, but they can take pointless little social media photos. Glad to know they have their priorities straight.

I've had the recommendations on my page for a while, a few weeks maybe.

I know! I didn't send an email or anything, but they responded to a concern I'd raised. I think it's love...

@ Tami, I've only just noticed the recs as well. They're kind of in your face now, which I don't like. The big green "Buy now" button can't be far behind.

Don't know about that, Expy. But if you're set up over there, ask. They are seriously helpful and currently have a "wish list" going where people can suggest features they want.
